Due to the Covid pandemic, and for health and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE. Thank you for your understanding.
All returns and exchanges require original receipt and original packaging.
All returns and exchanges require the completion of a ‘Customer Return Form’ and customer must provide their name, address, phone number and signature.
Due to health and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges permitted on bedding, apparel, collars/leads or footwear. Manufacturer will address factory defects.
‘Plushie’ and rope toys are not returnable. Some rubber toys carry a one-time replacement guarantee (depending on product and manufacturer). Original receipt is required.
Treats and supplements are not returnable. We are happy to donate this product to a local rescue on your behalf.
Dry foods and unopened canned foods can be exchanged. This will be in the form of a credit towards anything else in the store and must be used in its entirety during the same transaction (no credits will be held). Original receipt and packaging is required.
